Why We Built This Site
Public access is only useful when a reader knows which office keeps the record. The Reeves County District Clerk maintains 143rd Judicial District Court matters such as felonies, family cases, divorces, delinquent-tax suits, and district civil filings. The Reeves County Clerk separately handles County Court at Law records, county misdemeanors, probate, guardianship, and county-level civil matters. JP clerks and Pecos Municipal Court keep their own lower-court dockets.
re:SearchTX adds a statewide electronic search layer for participating public records and hearings, but it does not guarantee every Reeves County case will appear. We organize those routes, official contact points, and request choices so a reader can move from a case caption, citation, or cause number to the proper custodian.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: local steps for finding criminal dockets and civil dockets
- Court dates: ways to check the court calendar and verify a setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search through county and statewide channels
- Record requests: where to ask for court records, plain copies, or certification
What We Cannot Do
Reeves County Court Docket is privately operated and has no affiliation with a Texas court, clerk, or government agency.
- We cannot retrieve an official file or docket sheet
- We cannot set, confirm, continue, or reset a hearing
- We cannot alter, seal, remove, or correct a docket entry
- We cannot issue certified court documents
- We cannot offer legal advice about an individual case
- We cannot promise that a listed fee, procedure, hour, or setting has not changed
An official or certified Reeves County record must come from the court or clerk that keeps the original file. This site can identify that office, but it cannot issue the document.
Search Partners
Search boxes on some content pages are operated by outside providers. Those providers control their services, result sets, privacy practices, and prices. If a tool leads to a paid service, this site may receive a referral fee that supports the reference material. We cannot verify that partner results are complete, current, or tied to the correct Reeves County case.
