Reeves County Court Docket is a privately operated reference website, not a court office. Questions about a hearing, official docket, payment, filing, or certified copy must go to the government office that keeps the case. Reeves County uses split custody: the District Clerk maintains 143rd Judicial District Court records, while the County Clerk keeps County Court at Law and other county-level records. Both offices are in the Reeves County Courthouse in Pecos, Texas.

This is not a government office. Do not send filings, record requests, payments, subpoenas, or confidential case information to this website. Contact the responsible Reeves County clerk or court directly.

For a felony, family, divorce, delinquent-tax, adoption, or district civil matter in the 143rd Judicial District Court, contact the Reeves County District Clerk. The counter is on the second floor of the Reeves County Courthouse, 100 E. 4th Street, Pecos, TX 79772. Mail goes to P.O. Box 848, Pecos, TX 79772. Call 432-287-0222, option 6, or email DistrictClerk@reevescounty.org. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For County Court at Law records, county misdemeanors, probate, guardianship, or county civil matters, contact the Reeves County Clerk at 100 E. 4th Street, Suite 101, Pecos, TX 79772. Mail goes to P.O. Box 867, Pecos, TX 79772. Call 432-287-0222, option 3, or email countyclerk@reevescounty.org. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., open through lunch.

  • Case status: contact the clerk whose court appears on the paper
  • Hearing date: verify it with the court even after checking a calendar
  • Copy: ask the record-holding clerk for the current fee and request method
  • JP or city citation: contact the named precinct or Pecos Municipal Court
  • Statewide search: use re:SearchTX where participating public case information is available

Have the case or citation number, case style, court name, document sought, and approximate filing date ready. Strong identifiers help the clerk locate the correct record.
